Throughout the years, we have completed award-winning projects and continue to build our portfolio in all markets of construction.
The company has performed all of its work under the open, competitive bid process, with 95% of that work done for its principal client, the Chicago Department of Transportation (CDOT). Sumit Construction has completed over 600 projects and through  36 years of operation, we have earned a reputation for outstanding service, innovative design and construction quality unmatched by any company in the Midwest.
